What is the third shot drop?

The third shot drop is a must do play needed to get to the no volley zone and give yourself enough time to get there. This video explains the technique and visualization necessary to execute this shot. Enjoy!

If you can execute this shot you can join your partner at the no volley zone and get into a two on two formation with both doubles teams at the NVZ. If do not play this shot then your giving your opponents the net and this makes winning points much more difficult.
